Klimt House
Gustav Klimt is an artist of unflagging popularity. Klimt House is inspired by his artworks – that’s what distinguished this housing estate’s shape and form. Connection between architecture and painting is visible everywhere in this housing investment, located in Old Mokotów at Kazimierzowska Street, because accurate reproductions of images can be seen almost anywhere.
Looking at the facade we notice extensive terraces, which seem to be separating the intimate life of the inhabitants. The building looks neat, modern and elegant. The details in the interiors attract attention with their precision. The finesse of the finishing is perceptible at every step – everything was decorated with an artistic sense.
The interior designers used sophisticated elements and high quality materials. The largest apartments in the building measure 190 square metres. The apartment building is integrated into the area in which there are many historic tenement houses. The designers also thought about the special zone in building, which is intended only for relaxation.
The location is extremely interesting. You can quickly find ourselves in Dreszer Park, on the Mokotowskie Fields, where you can get to the subway. Getting to any part of the city is not a problem anymore. The proximity of green and ecological areas, the high standard of the apartments and the unique character of this place makes it extremely attractive for every inhabitant
