Tenement house at Al. Ujazdowskich was established at the end of the 19th century by expanding a two-story house for Helena Radecka-Mikulicz. During World War II, in 1944, an insurgent hospital was organized there, and in the 1970s, a large part of the tenement house burned down. Some of the original details on the building’s facade and one of the staircases have been preserved to this day. In recent years, the facade and courtyard have been renovated.
