LAYOUT:

The house is extremely functional, spacious, with access to a well-kept garden providing respite.
The ground floor is the main part of the house dedicated to shared living.
Three spaces, kitchen, dining and lounge, flow freely from one to the other. Another big advantage is the access to the terrace and garden.
The first floor , on the western side, is the master bedroom with a dressing room and the second bedroom with a deep, spacious wardrobe.
The eastern side is a children’s room and a large bathroom with a bathtub, two sinks and a large walk-in shower.
The second floor is a developed attic. There is a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a large open space that can be a paradise for children’s play.
In the ground floor there is a large garage for two cars and a recreation room with a bar, a large sofa, a TV or fitness equipment.

Very good. The house was built of red bricks, additionally covered with a ten-centimeter layer of insulation under the plaster.
The roof is covered with ceramic tiles. Wooden windows.
The house is air-conditioned.

Wooden floors and stairs inside the house. natural stone was used to finish the walls on the staircase and bathroom walls.
Terracotta on the kitchen floor.

Most of the furniture is made to measure, wooden in the English style, creating a coherent character of the house.

LOCATION:

Wesoła, which has recently become a district of Warsaw, was initially a summer resort, then transformed into a classic suberb district for people who value greenery, peace and quiet.
In the neighborhood there are family houses with gardens. One can see green trees on every side.

Transport. Great connection by car, to the center and to Wilanów, Mokotów, Praga Południe. Wide arteries and two bridges ensure constant traffic.
Buses and city rail are available for public transport users.
In the vicinity there are schools, kindergartens, shops, service points, places to practice sports, and a stud farm.
The nearest large shopping mall is Promenada or the smaller Ferio.
