The property has a timeless, classic shape. The interior delights with original elements: wooden parquet floors, old stairs, cast iron radiators and characteristic windows that give it a unique atmosphere. The house is surrounded by an intimate garden, which is conducive to relaxation and immersion in silence.
Due to the separate entrances to the houses, we obtain wide adaptation possibilities. It is possible to combine the houses in the area of the “utility room” as well as to maintain the original division, which creates the possibility of, for example, separate residence of two families, or running an intimate business. The area is extremely quiet, you can’t hear cars. This is a place with traditions, many properties have been inhabited by families for generations. This unique house hides a beautiful history of the owners. If you are looking for a place with a unique atmosphere and good energy – the house on Kleczewska can fulfill your dreams.
HISTORY
The Warsaw Housing Cooperative “Zdobycz Robotnicza” was one of the most important cooperative initiatives in interwar Poland. It was established in the 1930s as a response to the growing housing needs of Warsaw residents. In Stare Bielany, the cooperative contributed to the development of magnificent, low-rise buildings in the manor style – with green squares and small gardens. Today, many of these historic houses have retained their original character and are an example of well-thought-out, pre-war construction.
LOCATION
Kleczewska Street is a real gem on the map of the capital. Located in the heart of picturesque Stare Bielany, it combines the peace and atmosphere of pre-war Warsaw with the convenience of modern life. The area is famous for its low-rise buildings, historic villas and lush greenery.
