The image of the Real Estate Advisor – creation or authenticity?

The image of the Real Estate Advisor – creation or authenticity?

1. You combine several professions, and yet your calendar amazes with its meticulousness. Being organized and diligent are your personality traits or skills that can be acquired?

I think that the above-mentioned skills are quite possible to acquire. However, they require a lot of commitment and a well-defined goal. My inborn perfectionism is also helpful – the thought that not all the Is are dotted and all the Ts crossed can keep me awake at night, so this matter is double in my interest.

2. In addition to working as a Real Estate Agent, you also work as a model. These are the so-called free professions. have you noticed any common elements?

First of all, passion, because when you make your dreams come true, you get extraordinary power and determination to act. Secondly, the curiosity of other people, because all areas that I deal with require openness, willingness to go beyond my limitations, beyond myself, and get to know other people. In all areas, you need to consciously use your potential and create your image. I believe, I am even convinced, that it should be built on solid foundations, i.e. knowledge, skills, but also curiosity that allows you to constantly learn something new. All my jobs are also associated with a flexible work model, require constant readiness to act, often outside standard hours or on weekends, as well as resistant to stress. Nevertheless, thanks to all these elements you can feel the freedom and wind in the sails.

3. Each of these professions is correlated with the perception of you – image, external attributes, expressiveness, gestures, smile. It is obvious that in modeling these are of paramount importance. Do you think the image is an equally important part of the Real Estate Agent’s job?

Definitely. The image is very important in the work of the agent. The principle is well known – the first impression can only be made once. Therefore, of course, choosing the right clothes, makeup or hairstyle is of great importance. It is worth remembering that in the first few seconds we will not have time to express our opinion, but our appearance will be assessed, followed by the tone of voice, facial expression, and body language. Thanks to my experience in modeling and drama school, I am probably more aware of it, but I think that naturalness and authenticity never can be missing. Of course, the agent’s personality and knowledge are the most important, but to gain the client’s trust, you should give yourself a chance to present yourself well at the first moment of the conversation.

4. Modeling requires a lot of traveling. Does the change of place of stay / temporary change of residence connected to that make it easier for you to understand the needs of your clients?

Of course. In my many years of modeling experience and a large number of trips and foreign contracts, I was myself looking for places to live. I know what was important to me then, what I wanted to learn about a given city, location, or the real estate itself. Working with looking clients, I try to get to know their needs and personality as much as possible to be able to accurately propose a suitable place for them and move to the stage of finalizing the transaction as soon as possible.

5. Currently, apart from work, you also study at an acting school. Do things you learned there are universal for you and are useful while working at LOCO?

I think that the attitude of openness to other people is useful in both of these activities. Not only in acting, but also in life and from the point of spiritual development a real view into the depth of another person has a lot of power. In acting, it is said that “we draw on the other person.” There are many factors in building a character. It is important, however, that the actor’s full attention is directed to the film partner during the scene. This is how you create a real relationship. Mediation is also building a relationship based on trust – learning about the other party’s needs and plans. Having complete customer information, we can do our job better.

6. On the web you can be found with a camera. Do you feel just as comfortable behind the lens?

I love photography! I feel very comfortable both in front of the camera and on the other side. I like taking pictures of landscapes, but I enjoy portrait sessions even more. It is probably connected with my great love for nature and great curiosity about other people. I am fascinated by human eyes and the truth hidden in them. During the shooting, certain magic is created that is locked in the portrait forever. It is incredibly exciting for me.

7. How does a busy person like you rest? I am convinced that your orderly schedule has time dedicated to it.

I rest best in silence, in nature. I come from the mountains and I also like to come back there as a climber.

8. Where did the idea of being a Real Estate Agent come from?

After moving to Warsaw, I had a short experience in real estate presentations, while I was helping my friend with renting. I found this activity so interesting that I decided to try my hand at it. I applied to LOCO Real Estate. My passion for photography, interest in interior architecture, as well as the joy of meeting new people, and my willingness to work in an international environment made me decide to continue this path.

9. What does work at LOCO give you?

Working at LOCO gives me the opportunity for personal and financial development, as well as a very satisfying feeling that I am part of one of the most prestigious real estate agencies in our country. There are also many challenges ahead of me because I am constantly learning new things. In our company, we are advisors, which means that we can freely navigate legal issues, and understand each stage of renting or selling real estate. It requires the constant acquisition of knowledge and focuses on customer needs, so I feel that I am developing.

10. What qualities do you think an ideal Real Estate Agent should have and which of these elements would you like to improve?

An ideal agent should be a perfectly organized, punctual, empathetic, and assertive person, as well as stubborn in achieving the goal. Of course, they should have industry knowledge. At the moment, I want to further improve my knowledge about the real estate market, which is constantly changing, especially nowadays. I also want to develop my assertive side even more, because it allows you not so much to say no but to wisely lead both sides to the goal.

11. What do you value most about working at LOCO Real Estate? Do you value working with clients, research, and detailed exploration of the city, the work mode itself, and personal development? … Or maybe co-workers?

Oh my, everything. However, I can confidently say that I value my colleagues the most. From the first meeting with the management of LOCO Real Estate, I knew that this is the place for me. I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere in the agency. Being a member of a team of such professional, friendly, and open-to-cooperation agents and equally wonderful and helpful other agency employees gives you wings.
