Żoliborz Artystyczny is a spacious housing estate located at Powązkowska Street. Thanks to the creative creativity of the HRA Architekci architectural studio, it was possible to create a place conducive to the development of the local community, a place that is vibrant with its own life.

The second stage of the investment consists of 421 apartments ranging from 31.38 sq.m to 161.88 sq.m located in several buildings 6 to 8 stories high, between which there are enclaves of carefully designed greenery. The climate is added by numerous cafes and restaurants located on the estate – they are led by wooden footbridges meandering around waterholes, fountains or real works of art, such as sculptures and artistic installations. Żoliborz Artystyczny is the ideal place for families with children – many modern playgrounds have been located in the inner, green courtyards, and the idea of a coherent estate promotes safety.

In the immediate vicinity of the estate, there is the green area called ‘Lasek na Kole’ and the Warsaw Citadel – one of the favorite walking places for Warsaw residents. The residents of Żoliborz are provided by Arkadia Shopping Center – one of the most modern and largest in Warsaw. Nearby is Grunwaldzki Square which is an excellent transport hub for Warsaw trams. Within a few minutes by bus, there is the Dworzec Gdański metro station. The journey to the Center takes about 15 minutes by car and public transport.
