Ranking of districts in Warsaw
Warsaw is a city which developes the fastest in the whole country – brings new residents from all over Poland. However, no all districts of the capital are equally worth considering when it comes to the quality of life. The conducted rankings take into account many factors: accessibility of public transport, air cleanliness, infrastructure, network services, security and others. So in which district of Warsaw people enjoy their lives the most?
Let’s start from the end. The last three places are occupied by Włochy, Wesoła and – as the last one – Rembertów. Despite cheap housing, commuting to work from these districts is a real nuisance. Although for those who don’t like city’s hustle and bustle they will be attractive. Praga Północ, probably due to revitalization activities and improvement of security are located slightly higher than in previous years. In the middle of the rate you will find Targówek, Ursus and Wawer, a slightly higher Bemowo and Białołęka. According to the study of the comfort of life in these districts is satisfactory. Ochota opens the “higher shelf” of residential locations in Warsaw. Residential owners have an even higher standard of residence in Wilanów, Żoliborz and Bielany. The first of the five most convenient to Wola is living and working in the capital, Prague is rated higher South. It’s time for the final three, or just the podium of the best districts Warsaw.
It will not be surprising if we say that it is Ursynów, Śródmieście and Mokotów – most new residential estates are being built right there. These three districts are considered the most prestigious, but also the real estate prices are the highest. They have the most developed cultural and educational offer (also private schools and kindergartens), are best connected with the rest of the city. Of course, most of us choose our place to live in Warsaw considering a reasonable compromise between the price of the property and its location. However, we are talking about a city that is developing very dynamically and we should take into account future landuse plans (e.g. development of the subway line).
