The estate consists of three separate buildings with 9-17 floors. A total of 264 residential premises and over 50 commercial premises were located there. A good information for motorists is a large garage with 432 parking spaces. The usable area of the buildings is 52 thousand sq.m. The hallmarks are the ubiquitous porches, terraces and green courtyards. Within the estate there are many service premises and a clinic. An additional advantage is the proximity of the Arkadia shopping center, which is one of the largest and most modern in Warsaw.
The Streets of Słomińskiego, Okopowa and Jana Pawła II located in the vicinity of the building complex provide easy and quick access to almost every part of Warsaw by public transport. Journey to the Center takes about 15 minutes by both communication and car.
