From the living room and the dining area there are exits directly to the spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the Kępa Potocka Park. From the hall there is an entrance to the bedroom also with direct access to the terrace. The bedroom has a bathroom with shower and toilet and a walking-closet. Designer stairs lead to the second level. In the attic there are two bedrooms, a larger one with a bathroom with a bathtub and a smaller one that can also be used as an office room. There are a lot of lockers in the apartment e.g. for suitcases or ski equipment. The larger bedroom has a separate dressing room.
